Cranberry Juice Powder is made from the pressed juice of the American cranberry fruit (Vaccinium macrocarpon), spray-dried to solids and commonly carrier-supported. It is traded by its juice-concentration ratio rather than a proanthocyanidin marker percentage, which separates it from both the PAC-standardized extract and the whole-fruit powders and concentrates that retain flesh, skin and seeds. As a juice-derived solid it carries the water-soluble fraction of the fruit only. It is supplied as a spray-dried powder. We manufacture it in capsules, tablets, powder, gummies and liquids.
