Erythritol-Monk Fruit Blend is a formulated two-component sweetener system, not a single chemical entity, and therefore has no CAS number or molecular formula. It combines a fermentation-derived erythritol polyol carrier as the bulk phase with monk fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii) extract standardized to a defined mogroside V level as the high-intensity component. It differs from the plain granular and powder erythritol grades by carrying a co-sweetener on the erythritol bulk, and from the erythritol-stevia blend in that its high-intensity sweetener is a cucurbitane-glycoside monk fruit extract rather than steviol glycosides. It is supplied as a free-flowing powder blend and manufactured into powders, tablets and gummies.
