Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), purple coneflower, supplied as the dried and milled root only. Unlike the aerial-parts powder, which is made from leaf, stem and flower, this grade is prepared exclusively from the root portion of the same species, giving a distinct plant-part profile within the family. It is an unstandardized whole-root ingredient with no extraction or marker enrichment. The physical form is a fibrous, milled brown botanical powder. We manufacture it in capsule, tablet and powder formats.
