A proprietary natural flavour system in which a plant-derived aroma fraction is carried on a blend of water, propylene glycol and ethanol, giving a water-miscible liquid with no single defined molecule or CAS number. It is produced by compounding natural aromatic fractions and diluting them onto the water-compatible carrier, then standardizing strength to a supplier use-level such as 1x or 2x. Unlike the oil-soluble liquid in this family, which is carried on MCT or vegetable oil, this grade disperses directly into aqueous matrices, and unlike the spray-dried powder it remains a pourable liquid rather than a free-flowing solid. It is supplied as a clear to lightly coloured liquid and is manufactured into liquid and gummy dosage formats.
