High-Purity Mogroside V is the isolated single cucurbitane glycoside mogroside V (CAS 88901-36-4; formula C60H102O29; molecular weight 1287.4), purified from Siraitia grosvenorii fruit to 95% or higher by HPLC. It is produced by extracting the dried fruit and then chromatographically separating and concentrating the mogroside V fraction away from the other mogrosides and co-extracted fruit solids, so it is a defined single molecule rather than a standardized whole-fruit extract like the 25% and 50% grades. Because it is an isolate it carries minimal residual fruit matrix and the highest mogroside V content in the family, and unlike the juice concentrate it is a dry solid. It is supplied as a powder. We manufacture it in powder, capsule, tablet, gummy and liquid formats.
