Monk Fruit Extract 50% Mogroside V is a botanical extract of Siraitia grosvenorii fruit standardized by HPLC to 50% mogroside V, twice the concentration of the 25% grade. It is obtained by the same aqueous extraction and purification of the dried fruit, carried to a higher mogroside V assay, which lowers the inclusion level needed for a given sweetness and reduces the co-extracted fruit solids present per unit. It sits between the 25% extract and the isolated 95% Mogroside V on the concentration scale, and unlike the juice concentrate it is a dry, water-soluble solid. It is supplied as a free-flowing powder. We manufacture it in powder, capsule, tablet, gummy and liquid formats.
