A proprietary natural flavour system in which the aroma fraction is carried on MCT or vegetable oil, producing a lipid-soluble liquid with no single defined molecular identity or CAS number. It is compounded from natural aromatic fractions dispersed into the oil carrier and standardized to a supplier use-level. In contrast to the water-soluble liquid, which uses a propylene glycol, ethanol and water carrier for aqueous systems, this grade is formulated to disperse into fat and oil phases, and it differs from the spray-dried powder and the emulsion by being a neat single-phase oily liquid. It is supplied as an oily liquid and is manufactured into softgel and liquid dosage formats.
