Stabilized Allicin (Allisure) is a branded garlic (Allium sativum) preparation formulated to preserve and deliver measurable allicin, standardized by stabilized allicin content expressed as allicin yield in ppm or mg. It is a preparation rather than a purified allicin isolate, which sets it apart from any single-compound grade. It differs from the alliin-standardized extract, which reports the stable precursor, and from the aged-garlic extract, which reports S-allyl cysteine with low to no allicin; unlike the whole bulb powder it is standardized on delivered allicin, and unlike garlic oil it is a water-compatible liquid or powder rather than a distilled oil. It is supplied as a stabilized liquid or dry powder. We manufacture it in capsules, liquid, and powder.
