Erythritol-Stevia Blend is a formulated two-component sweetener system rather than a single defined molecule, which is why it carries no CAS number or molecular formula. It pairs a fermentation-derived erythritol polyol carrier as the bulk phase with high-intensity steviol glycosides, typically Rebaudioside A, blended to a defined sweetness ratio. It differs from the plain granular and powder erythritol grades by including a leaf-extract high-intensity sweetener on the erythritol bulk, and from the erythritol-monk-fruit blend in its co-sweetener identity: steviol glycosides versus Siraitia grosvenorii mogrosides. Supplied as a free-flowing powder blend, it is manufactured into powders, tablets and gummies.
