Garlic Bulb Powder is the dehydrated, milled whole bulb of garlic (Allium sativum), supplied as the base botanical raw material rather than a concentrated extract. It is food-grade whole-bulb material at roughly a 3-4:1 fresh-to-dry concentration and carries no chemical marker adjustment, though lots are sometimes labeled by allicin potential. This sets it apart from the family's concentrated extracts, which are assayed to a fixed allicin, alliin, or S-allyl cysteine marker, and from garlic oil, which is a distilled sulfur-oil fraction. It is a free-flowing dried powder. We manufacture it in capsules, tablets, and bulk blend powder.
