Rebaudioside M (Reb M; CAS 1220616-44-3, C56H90O33, MW 1291.3) is a highly glucosylated steviol glycoside standardised to >=95%. In this grade it is obtained either directly from Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract or by enzymatic bioconversion of Rebaudioside A (E960a/E960c). At MW 1291.3 it is the most heavily glucosylated and highest molecular weight member of the isolated stevia range offered here, exceeding Reb A (967.0) and Reb D (1129.2), and it is noted for a clean sweetness profile. Supplied as a white crystalline powder, it is manufactured into powders, tablets, capsules, liquids and gummies.
